I have a furnished master bedroom w/ its own private bath available April 26th. This is a private home located off of Maiden Choice Lane/ Wilkens Ave. near BWI, UMBC, 695, 95, food stores, shopping malls, hospitals, and whatever else you would need. The rent is $750 per month w/ a $250 security deposit. You must supply your own sheets, towels, pillowcases or any personal articles. Rent includes BG&E, Comcast internet, Directv, private parking, all kitchen privileges w/ washer/dryer, outdoor shed for additional storage, deck for barbeques, security fence in back yard. I am a retired high school math teacher. I do travel somewhat so you would need to man the ship occasionally on your own. If you are a smoker you need to smoke outside on the deck or front porch.
